At the end of August, we hosted an exclusive session with Vo (Danny) Tu Duc, the first recognised Google Workspace Developer Expert in South East Asia.

Danny delivered a live demo showing how a simple blog idea in a Google Sheet could be transformed into a fully researched, outlined, SEO-ready Google Doc in minutes, thanks to autonomous AI agents working together in real-time.

It was engaging, practical, and inspiring, showing just how accessible AI-powered workflows in Workspace can be. What made it even more special is that Danny is part of our Google Workspace Community, where he’s continued the conversation and connected with members after the session.

Google Vids now supports Veo 3, Google DeepMind’s most advanced generative video model. This means you can quickly turn images into professional-quality videos with improved realism, sharper detail, and smoother motion. A powerful way for teams to create visual content with less effort.

Edit your Google Drive videos directly in your browser, using Google Vids
Users can now open and edit videos straight from Drive. When previewing a video, just hit the new “Open in Vids” button to start editing immediately, with no extra downloads required.

Easier scheduling with Google Calendar booking pages
Google Calendar now offers a pre-configured booking page for anyone who hasn’t set up appointment schedules yet, making it simpler for others to find time with you. All booking pages are also now accessible directly in the Calendar sidebar.

Effortlessly work with ServiceNow data across Google Chat and Sheets
With new integrations, you can now chat directly with ServiceNow’s Virtual Agent inside Google Chat and export ServiceNow data directly into Sheets, saving time and eliminating manual steps.

Improved ISEMAIL and ISURL functions in Google Sheets
Google Sheets is now more accurate when evaluating =ISEMAIL() and =ISURL(), helping ensure more domains and email addresses are properly recognised.
