Pre-Configure Visual Screenshot Controls for Google Meet Google is introducing visual screenshot captures for Meet’s ‘Take notes for me’ feature, automatically embedding presented slides and diagrams directly into meeting docs. Admins can now pre-configure policies in advance via the Admin Console (Apps> Google Workspace> Google Meet), choosing to allow screenshots always or restrict them strictly to recorded meetings to ensure visual data complies with company security standards.

Prevent Accidental Disclosures with Gmail Reply All BCC Warnings To help prevent accidental information leaks, Google is introducing a new caution notification in Gmail. Users will now receive a proactive warning if they are about to hit "Reply All" on an email thread where they were originally included as a BCC recipient, reducing human-error data exposures across your organisation.

Granular Gemini Comment Workflows and Native Visual Generation in Google Docs Gemini in Docs receives two major productivity upgrades. Users can now leverage Gemini to read, summarise, and draft contextual replies across complex comment threads. Additionally, users can generate and refine inline images, diagrams, and infographics directly alongside document text using natural language prompts without relying on unvetted external tools.

Streamlined Quiz Generation in Google Forms Using Gemini The "Help me create" feature in Google Forms now natively supports full quiz generation. End-users can prompt Gemini to generate structured quizzes from scratch or reference existing Google Drive files (Docs, Slides, or PDFs) as source material, dramatically speeding up training and assessment creation for internal teams.

Data Governance Keeps Pace with AI Innovation! From automated screenshot capture in Meet to AI-generated visuals in Docs, Google continues to empower end-users with powerful new tools.
